What is an InBody Scan and Functional Movement Assessment?

An InBody Scan measures body composition (muscle, fat, and water levels) to give you real insights into your current body composition and progress. The Functional Movement Assessment helps us understand how your body moves. The assessment breaks down movement patterns and tells us where you are strong and weak, have overactive or underactive muscles or may be at risk of injury. Based on that and your goals we design a program that is specifically for you.

What if I have an injury or chronic pain?

Many clients come to us with previous injuries or chronic discomfort. Your program will be created to fit your body’s needs. We don’t believe in pushing through pain. Instead, we adjust your training to support recovery, improve movement patterns, and strengthen problem areas so you can move safely and effectively.
